All our aluminium rainwater systems are offered with a powder coated finish to a colour of your choice. If one of the 14 standard colours available through our online store isn't exactly what you are looking for then we can quote for any RAL colour.
The powder coating is applied electrostatically and is cured by heat at 200 degrees to allow it to form a "skin". The finish is harder wearing than traditional wet paint and produces a thicker coat without running or sagging. The expected lifespan of the powder coated finish on aluminium rainwater systems is in excess of 30 years inland. The lifespan in coastal areas is reduced to around 15 years due to the salt air.
